Job summary

Trulieve in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager to support the General Manager in leading store personnel and managing inventory across daily operations. You will conduct audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires prior retail and cash handling experience and strong confidentiality and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area a plus
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels and maintain confidentiality
• Able to communicate in conversational English, operate electronic equipment and telecommunication devices
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations
• Review SOPs and communicate changes to employees
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with GM/AGM
• Perform system adjustments and drive corrective actions
• Lead opening/closing and basic staff supervision
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
• Resolve patient issues and escalations
• Maintain relationships with business partners
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

ROLESUMMARY

The Associate Inventory Manageris responsible forassistingthe GeneralManager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store.This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting
• Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Conduct inventory audits and any cycle countsrequiredin partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
• Perform system adjustments asrequiredand conduct and/orparticipatein analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine,initiate, and executesubsequentcorrective actions
• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
• and retail processes
• Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Maintainstrictconfidentialityandcompliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diplomarequired
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
