Job summary

Quirch Foods Southeast, LLC. in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Inventory Clerk to help maintain precise stock records and support daily warehouse operations.

You will perform cycle counts, coordinate inbound and outbound inventory, and generate reports to identify trends and variances. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory software and MS Office are essential to ensure data integrity and smooth logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inbound/outbound inventory transactions.
