Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking an Associate, Inventory for the 2nd shift to support warehouse operations in a distribution center. You will handle receiving, stocking, loading, unloading, and order fulfillment, including data entry to keep stock records current.

Experience with pallet jacks and basic numeracy will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment. The role requires about one year of related experience, a basic education level, and a willingness to work a Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in inventory or distribution.
• Basic reading, writing and numeracy skills.
• Ability to enter data into a database to maintain stock records.
• Able to operate pallet jacks and other equipment.

Associate, Inventory - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM)

Pay: $16.50/hr + 6.25% shift differential

What will you do?

A day in the life of an Inventory Associate at VF looks a little like this.

Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
• Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries.

What do you need to succeed?

While formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1 year of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Basic level of education will be required, reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

• Prior Inventory knowledge and experience
