Job summary

VF Corporation is hiring an Inventory Associate in Jonestown, MS to support inventory accuracy in the distribution center. Responsibilities include cycle counting, organizing loose inventory, and aiding inventory-related projects to ensure efficiency.

What will you do?

A day in the life of an Inventory Associate at VF looks a little like this.

Responsible for a variety of inventory-focused functions within the distribution center, including cycle counting, managing and organizing loose inventory, and supporting inventory-related projects to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Perform daily cycle counts of active locations using an RF device
• Maintain and organize loose inventory throughout the distribution center
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support inventory accuracy
• Support special inventory-related projects and audits as needed
• Partner with Operations and Inventory Control teams to maintain inventory integrity

What do you need to succeed?

While formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1 year of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Basic level of education will be required, reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English to perform essential job duties.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

• Prior Inventory knowledge and experience

Hiring Range:
