Kiss Products is seeking a Marketing Associate to support international brand marketing and social media growth across key markets. The role collaborates with global teams and agencies to tailor marketing plans for multiple countries and partners with influencers and retailers.

You will gain hands-on experience in executing international campaigns, working with cross-functional teams, and developing skills in social media, digital marketing, packaging, and trade marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S) is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure is expected.
• Experience in brand marketing and social media is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and designing social media graphics for international accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Support filming and editing video content for international social channels.
• Monitor community engagement by responding to comments and messages on international accounts.
• Create product sentiment reports for key regions.
• Conduct social media research, trend analysis, and competitor insights.

Job Description Summary:Creative, strategic, and passionate Marketing Associate to support the growth of KISS Products International through social media and traditional brand marketing efforts. This role offers valuable visibility and experience across key markets including the UK, Germany (DE), Poland (PL), Czech Republic (CZ), and Slovakia (SK), as well as many smaller countries through distributor partnerships.Job Description:The Marketing Associate will work closely with all members of the KISS International Marketing Team, collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external global agencies to execute marketing plans and tactics tailored for various countries.Key Responsibilities· Assist in creating and designing social media graphics for KISS Products’ international social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.· Support filming and editing of engaging video content for international social channels.· Monitor and manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages on KISS Products’ international social accounts.· Create product sentiment reports for key marketing regions.· Conduct social media research, including trend analysis and competitor insights to inform strategy.· Research and identify potential brand partners for social giveaway collaborations.· Assist in the creation and execution of product collaboration plans with partners and influencers.· Manage updates and content maintenance for KISS International websites.· Assist with the execution and creation of trade marketing assets for key retail partners.· Support global packaging development initiatives by coordinating feedback and asset delivery.· Vet and evaluate influencers and influencer-generated content for international marketing programs.
