Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform for savings plans, seeks an Associate Communications Specialist to enhance the associate experience. You’ll partner with the head of associate communications to inform, engage, and inspire colleagues while advancing our mission of helping people save for retirement, education, and healthcare.

You will support writing and editing for leaders and associates, manage editorial processes, and oversee content for digital channels and the intranet.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal communications experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience managing digital channels and intranet content.

Responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing support for leader and associate communications.
• Manage editorial process and message planning and dissemination.
• Coordinate town hall logistics and post-meeting cascades.
• Create content for digital channels and intranet editorial calendar.
• Protect confidential data and ensure information security in communications.
