Job summary

Solar Landscape seeks an Associate Interconnection Engineer to support the interconnection process for solar and energy storage projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in renewable energy, utility interconnections, and power systems.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to move projects from application through approval, with flexible remote/hybrid work options and locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Internship experience in interconnection, utility coordination, or renewable energy, preferred.

• Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of interconnection applications.
• Support negotiations with utilities on interconnection requirements, costs, and timelines.
• Help manage and maintain utility customer portal systems.

Salary will vary depending on your location and job‑related skills and experience. This is an incentive‑based position with the potential to earn more. For part‑time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
