We Are Legal Revolution in Washington, DC area is seeking an Insurance Defense Associate to defend insureds across general and complex civil matters. The role allows remote work from DC or VA with significant case ownership.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of defense experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and will manage discovery through trial while collaborating with clients and partners to shape defense strategy.

Location/Schedule: Washington, DC or Fairfax, VA (Remote)

Base Salary: Up to $200k (depending on experience and productivity)

Practice: Insurance Defense – General liability, premises liability, auto, and complex casualty defense for insurers and corporate clients.
