Ares Infrastructure Equity ("AIE") is hiring an Asset Management Associate, which directly supports its Investment Team in New York, NY.
The candidate will be responsible for portfolio management of investments made by Ares Core Infrastructure Fund ("ACI"). ACI is a perpetual, open-ended, core infrastructure fund that will primarily be making asset-level investments in the renewable, thermal, midstream, and digital sectors.
Responsibilities will cover a range of Financial Planning and Analytics ("FP&A") initiatives including monthly valuation analysis and reporting, tracking financial and operational investment performance, preparing financial and operational reporting, monitoring contract compliance and counterparty reporting, fund-level modeling analysis, and presenting analyses to internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will directly support the Investment Team on existing and new investments.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$110,000.00 - $145,000.00
