**JOB DESCRIPTION:****GENERAL NATURE OF POSITION:**As an Associate Industrial Engineer, you are responsible for working closely with Operations and senior engineering professionals to build labor standards and support ongoing continuous improvement projects. In addition, your focus will be on the development and implementation of projects designed to increase facility utilization, improve upon existing SLAs and provide a safe work environment for Deckers associates.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:**This position emphasizes optimizing facility performance, engaging in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
