What Youll Be Doing :

• Case Management : Handle a diverse caseload of immigration matters, from family-based petitions to business immigration cases and compliance matters.
• Client Advocacy : Represent clients in USCIS filings, and US Consulates / embassies, as well as other government agencies.
• Legal Research & Drafting : Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents.
• Collaboration : Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to strategize and provide top-notch representation for clients.
• Client Communication : Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing them with clear legal guidance and compassionate support.

What Were Looking For :

• Experience : Two (2) years of experience practicing immigration law preferred but 1

year associates are welcome to apply, if possess immigration legal clinic or other applicable experience.

• License : Active bar membership in good standing (any state).
• Skills : Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience with USCIS forms and petitions is a plus.
• Passion : A genuine commitment to immigration law and a desire to help clients overcome complex legal challenges.
• Team Player : A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required) : Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients is a plus!
