Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC in Kent, Washington seeks an Associate Immigration Attorney to join a team representing clients before USCIS, ICE, CBP, EOIR, BIA, federal courts and the Department of State. The attorney will manage a high-volume of immigration cases including family petitions, consular processing, waivers, removal defense, and visa issues.

The position requires admission to practice law in the United States, 1–5 years of immigration law experience, and strong writing and advocacy

• 1-5 years of immigration law experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, legal analysis, and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage heavy case load.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

The Immigration Department of Hanis Irvine Prothero, PLLC in Kent, Washington seeks to hire an Associate Immigration Attorney. The attorney will be expected to manage a high-volume of all types of immigration cases with an emphasis on family petitions, consular processing, waivers, removal defense, criminal immigration issues, juvenile cases, VAWA, U and T visas.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the United States and in good standing
• 1-5 years of immigration law experience required
• Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) is strongly preferred (in lieu of Spanish ability, applicants with strong immigration litigation experience will be considered)
• Excellent writing, legal analysis, and oral presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage heavy case load
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
• This position qualifies for a yearly bonus paid semi-annually
