Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Production Operations Associate to join our client team on-site in Columbus, Ohio or Columbus, Georgia. Two positions available, with shifts including evenings and potential first-shift training.

You will monitor production systems, maintain logs, and collaborate on process improvements while mentoring junior staff as you gain senior responsibilities. Ideal candidates excel in communication, problem solving, and Excel, with flexibility to handle multiple shifts and ensure SLA

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet SLA requirements.
• May aid in monitoring and reporting performance of client SLAs.
• Use complex models to optimize scheduling and monitor workflow across production.
• Forecast volumes based on history and client projections.
• Help develop operational standards based on trends and performance.
• May help develop a software tracking database as needed.

Responsibilities

A client with Kforce is seeking a Production Operations Associate to join their team onsite in Columbus, Ohio or Columbus, Georgia. We are looking to hire two (2) resources - one at the Ohio location, and one at the Georgia location. Shifts: Monday-Friday 8PM-5AM EST for working shift; Training is 4-6 weeks minimum and will be 1st shift - must be available for both shifts. Duties:

• Perform routine operational tasks following established procedures
• Monitor production systems and elevate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance and audit
• Assist in process improvements and participate in team projects
• At senior levels: mentor junior associates and coordinate small workstreams
• Consults with internal customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to provide an efficient workflow that adheres to internal and external SLA requirements
• May aid in monitoring and reporting performance of client SLAs
• Uses complex models to develop operational capacity and monitors workflow to achieve optimal scheduling of work across the production process
• Forecasts volumes based on prior history and client projections
• Assists in developing operational standards based on production trends and performance levels
• May help develop software tracking database as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
