Job summary

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital - ALSAC is seeking an Associate II - Enterprise Support to serve as the voice and heart of St. Jude—building relationships with donors, volunteers, and supporters nationwide.

You’ll engage across phone, email, chat, text, and social media to fuel the mission of saving children’s lives, educating supporters, and enhancing donor experiences. Schedule includes work-from-home flexibility in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (spoken and written) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across platforms (phone, email, chat, text, social media).
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a mission-driven team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

What You Bring
