Zusammenfassung

Zinnia is seeking a Claims Processor to support annuity policy administration in the United States. The role focuses on accurate claim handling, research across multiple systems, and delivering timely responses to customer inquiries.

You will work on complex but routine tasks with established guidelines, uphold service standards, and build knowledge of life insurance products. Strong English communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation in any stream; Commerce graduates preferred.
• 1+ year of life insurance experience focusing on quality, accuracy, and accountability.
• Experience in a professional/office setting with regularly scheduled shifts.
• Proficient with Windows PC applications and learning new software tools.
• Typing 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy.
• Effective English business communication.
• Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
• Email/letter writing skills.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Outlook skills.
• Life Insurance domain knowledge required (preferably annuities).

• 1+ year of working experience (Life insurance domain (Death claims) that required a focus on quality including attention to details, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.


• Experience in a professional/office related environment that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.


• Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.


• Must be able to type 30+ WPM with 98% accuracy.


• Effective English business communication skills required to exchange information with client.


• Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.


• Must have basic Email/ Letter writing skills.


• Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.


• Life Insurance domain knowledge is must (preferably Annuities).
