Job summary

MKS Instruments is seeking an Associate HR Generalist at our Broomfield, CO site. You will partner with Operations to support employees and drive day-to-day HR operations, reporting to the regional HR Manager.

This role offers growth and expanded responsibilities within Human Resources. Responsibilities include employee inquiries, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, onboarding, exit interviews, data reporting, and contributing to projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Up to 2 years HR experience.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day HR contact for employees, providing guidance.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to roll out programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation for a positive experience.
• Conduct data reporting and analysis and communicate results clearly.
• Participate in site and business projects as required.
