The role requires 1+ year in histology or 3+ years in a high‑throughput lab, with an Associate Degree and willingness to work Tue–Sat 12:00pm–8:30pm. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required.
• 1+ year in histology or 3+ years in a high‑throughput lab using LIMS/ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences preferred.
• ASCP HT/HTL certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform sectioning and H&E staining under supervision.
• Maintain quality control and follow SOPs.
• Prepare reagents, solutions and controls; calibrate equipment.
• Interact with pathologists, sending sites and ordering physicians.
• Assist in inventory management of slides, tubes, blocks and samples.
• Support regulatory readiness with CAP/FDA considerations.
