Job summary

Pennoni is seeking an Associate Highway - Engineer/Designer to join our Transportation Design Hub in Newark, DE. The role focuses on highway design and modeling using MicroStation Connect and ORD, contributing to transportation projects within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of highway design experience, familiarity with drainage and utility layouts, and relevant licenses (EIT/PE/PTOE preferred).

Qualifications

• Highway design experience using MicroStation Connect/ORD.
• 2-7 years of experience in highway design.
• Licenses preferred: EIT, PE or PTOE.
• CCR certification a plus.
• Drainage design, SWM and ESC design experience.

Responsibilities

• Model transportation infrastructure using MicroStation/ORD.
• Develop highway design plans, hydrology and drainage calculations, SWM and ESC design; utility layouts and MOT/geometry.
