Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Fayetteville, NC seeks an Associate Healthcare Director to support the Healthcare Director in leading resident health programs and ensuring efficient operation of the resident care department.

The AHCD will supervise medication technicians and nursing assistants, oversee medication management, ensure survey readiness, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other providers to deliver coordinated care. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in NC required.
• 1-2 years’ experience; 3+ years preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; flexible schedule including days/evenings/nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents.
• Supervise and train medication technicians and nursing assistants.
• Oversee the community’s medication management program and safety audits.
• Maintain survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance with state/federal requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and other providers to coordinate resident care.
