AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX is seeking an Associate Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join a hybrid team. You will assist in developing and maintaining Guidewire PolicyCenter applications, troubleshoot issues with teammates, and contribute to design, test, and debugging efforts under guidance from senior developers.

Ideal candidates have some exposure to Guidewire, Java, or GOSU, and a strong willingness to learn insurance tech.

Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire, Java, or GOSU preferred.
• Interest in learning Guidewire PolicyCenter and insurance technologies.
• Understanding of software development basics and Agile methodology.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with automated testing tools (like GUnit or Selenium) is a plus but not required.
• Guidewire certification or training is a bonus.

We are looking for a Associate Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience working with the Guidewire Insurance Suite in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Note:

This is a hybrid role; the candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of our Coppell, TX office and be available to work on-site 3 days a week on a regular basis, as well as 2–3 times per month for team meetings and collaboration days.
