Job Description

As the Associate Growth Marketer, you will work with the marketing team in strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to meet subscription goals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Collaborating with the Senior Manager of Marketing to translate overall marketing strategy into actionable plans and campaign recommendations.
  2. Assisting in planning and executing growth marketing strategies across channels such as paid social, SEM, and paid app promotion.
  3. Overseeing campaign implementation, including segmentation, testing, and technical execution.
  4. Developing creative assets and messaging with the marketing team to resonate with target audiences and drive actions.
  5. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, improving metrics like conversion rates, CAC, and CLTV.
  6. Building relationships with internal and external partners and staying updated on platform changes and industry trends.
  7. Collaborating cross-functionally with UX design, engineering, and product teams on web development, product, and design projects to meet growth targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital paid marketing; subscription marketing experience is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset and willingness to challenge norms and innovate.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Committed to values of equity, inclusion, and diversity.
