Supergoop! in New York City is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to join the Creative Team, focusing on digital design. You will develop on-brand materials for web, email campaigns, social media and paid media, while upholding typography, color, and composition.

Based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tue-Thu, remote Mon & Fri), the role offers a base salary range of $67,000–$75,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to influence brand evolution.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-brand digital marketing materials including web designs, email campaigns (static & animated GIFs), social media and paid media graphics.
• Perform production design tasks (resizing graphics, making edits, exporting files, etc)
• Prepare presentations for creative review meetings
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their requirements
• Video and/or animation design skills are a big plus

Supergoop! is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer who will be working with the Creative Team, mainly focusing on digital design. Our digital design team works behind the 'screen to create stunning graphics that bring our brand campaigns to life. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a solid understanding of core graphic design principles- typography, color, composition, and working with photography. The ideal candidate is a powerhouse creative who keeps their finger on the pulse of current trends in marketing, site design and social media. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the evolution of our brand!

This position requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. This person thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is comfortable producing high-volume, best-in-class digital work.

Role & Responsibilities

Annual Base Salary: $67,000 - $75,000/year
