Supergoop! in New York City is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to join the Creative Team, focusing on digital design. You'll craft on-brand graphics for web, email campaigns, social media and paid media while applying typography, color, composition and photography principles.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and comfort in a fast-paced team. Annual base salary is $67,000–$75,000 with benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401(k) match,

Supergoop! is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer who will be working with the Creative Team, mainly focusing on digital design. Our digital design team works behind the ‘screen to create stunning graphics that bring our brand campaigns to life. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a solid understanding of core graphic design principles—typography, color, composition, and working with photography. The ideal candidate is a powerhouse creative who keeps their finger on the pulse of current trends in marketing, site design and social media. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the evolution of our brand!

This position requires strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. This person thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is comfortable producing high-volume, best-in-class digital work.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute stunning and on-brand digital marketing materials including but not limited to web designs, email campaigns(static & animated gif), social media and paid media graphics
• Perform production design tasks (resizing graphics, making edits, exporting files, etc)
• Prepare presentations for creative review meetings
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & their specific requirements
• Video and/or animation design skills are a big plus!

The role is based in our NYC office, with a hybrid schedule that includes in-person work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Annual Base Salary: $67,000 - $75,000/year
