Associate Graphic Designer - Bentonville

This role will be onsite at our Bentonville location 5 days per week.

Job Description

The Associate Graphic Designer oversees the artistic development of design materials. Develops graphics for various creative projects, including environmental design, retail, presentations, brochures, catalogs, corporate identity, and packaging. Designs may include typographic, photographic, illustrative, and graphic elements. The Associate Graphic Designer collaborates with Graphic Designers, Design Directors, Art Directors, and Environmental/Interior Designers to develop client concepts, often specializing in a particular medium.

Essential Job Functions
  • Assist with design, layout, and formatting
  • Maintain consistent graphic identities across projects with guidance
  • Work closely with the design team to implement strong graphic concepts
  • Prepare presentations, mock-ups, and organize visual assets
  • Finalize press-ready designs and layouts
  • Assist with pre-flighting, file collection, and archiving
  • Attend press checks and ensure graphic quality standards
  • Collaborate with production to ensure proper workflow
  • Be organized and detail-oriented
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
Position Requirements/Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field from a 4-year college or art school.

Experience: 1-3 years preferred; experience in exhibit, tradeshow, or retail design is a plus.

Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
