Job summary

Las Vegas Valley Water is seeking a qualified GIS professional to join our team as a GIS Analyst. You will create, process, edit and maintain GIS databases and build data displays, reports and analyses to support water resources and operations.

The role involves developing ESRI mobile apps and dashboards to support business reporting and decision making. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field and at least 3 years of GIS experience, plus a valid Nevada driver’s

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geospatial sciences, remote sensing, civil engineering, computer science or related field.
3 years of progressively responsible experience using GIS to produce analytical and cartographic products and services.
Valid Nevada driver’s license and insurability under LVVWD policy.

Responsibilities

Create, process, edit and maintain GIS databases and related datasets for research and analysis.
Develop maps, data displays, reports and analyses using ESRI GIS tools.
Design and deploy ESRI mobile apps (Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, QuickCapture).
Craft ArcGIS Experience Builder apps and Dashboards for business reporting.
