LVVWD is seeking an Associate GIS Developer in Las Vegas to design and implement GIS solutions using ESRI platforms, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise. The role focuses on building maps, dashboards, web apps, and data workflows to support water utility operations and reporting.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong balance of ESRI platform proficiency, GIS software development experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment; and has knowledge and experience with the ESRI Water Utility Network (WUN) model, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI web services, and enterprise GIS database design.
The candidate should have experience using, configuring, implementing form logic and deploying ESRI mobile app solutions (Survey123, ArcGIS Field Maps, QuickCapture); be proficient designing and developing ArcGIS Experience Builder apps and ArcGIS Dashboards that support business reporting and analysis; and has experience with scripting and automation skills, including experience with Python (ArcPy and the ArcGIS API for Python) and ETL processes using tools such as Safe Software FME.
