Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Virginia dental license or ability to obtain licensure.
• General Dentist with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, diagnostic, and restorative treatment for children and teens
• Perform patient examinations, treatment planning, and consultations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming dental experience for every patient
• Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining excellent clinical standards
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Stay current with advancements in dental techniques, technology, and best practices
• Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and community outreach initiatives
