(Mt. Logan) and Everest Group, Ltd. in complex third-party capital and strategic transactions. This hybrid role is based in Warren, NJ or New York City, with 3 days onsite and 2 remote. You will provide counsel on insurance-linked securities (ILS) offerings, collateralized reinsurance vehicles, and capital markets transactions,

• Provide counsel to Mt. Logan's third-party capital management team, including with regards to its insurance-linked securities (ILS) offerings as well as collateralized reinsurance vehicles.

Mt. Logan Capital Management, Ltd. and Mt. Logan Re, Ltd. (Mt. Logan) and Everest Global Services, Inc. members of Everest Group, Ltd.
