About the Role
The Associate General Counsel-Real Estate represents and advises in all corporate legal matters. The incumbent handles a wide range of legal responsibilities as assigned with emphasis on legal matters related to the organization's Real Estate initiatives. Prefer 3+ years of experience of commercial real estate transaction experience at a law firm or with a developer.

Qualifications

•Juris Doctor degree required from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.

•Requires law license in good standing in Indiana.

• Preference for 7-10 years of relevant experience.

•Requires broad general background in business and civil law.

•Healthcare background is preferred.
