We are seeking an Associate General Counsel - Physician/Faculty Contracting to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support the NYU Langone Faculty Group Practice (FGP) and its ambulatory network, providing legal advice and managing activities related to physician integration initiatives and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Admission to the New York Bar with at least five years of healthcare law experience, either in a law firm or in-house. Proven experience in healthcare agreements, regulations, and laws such as Stark and Anti-Kickback statutes. Strong communication, research, and client service skills.
Experience as legal counsel within an academic medical center or hospital system.
Qualified candidates must communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
