Job summary

UNCOMN is seeking an Associate General Counsel to serve as a trusted legal advisor to UNCOMN’s leadership and business teams. This hands-on role will blend legal expertise, business partnership, and strategic advising.

The Associate General Counsel will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as UNCOMN continues to grow, developing the leadership capabilities needed to support and eventually lead the company’s legal function.

Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing from at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5-7 years of relevant related experience in law firms, government contractor, corporate legal department, or federal agency.
• Experience with defense, logistics, and government professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal government contracting laws, regulations, and contractual requirements (FAR, DFARS, agency supplements).
• Draft, review, and negotiate primes, subcontracts, NDAs, consulting agreements, and vendor agreements.
