You will partner with senior leaders across functions to navigate complex legal issues and enable innovative business decisions.

In this role, you will oversee cross‑functional legal advisory work, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in job location (NJ).
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including in-house or cross-functional roles.
• Preferred: Life sciences, healthcare, or a highly regulated global industry.
• Preferred: Experience managing legal complexity across markets or functions.
• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders and business partners on complex legal and regulatory matters that impact commercial operations, policy, or enterprise strategy.
• Lead or co-lead legal strategies for key initiatives, including product development, market access, or international operations.
• Interpret laws, policies, and enforcement trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Serve as a connector between Legal and cross-functional groups.
• Manage legal input for high-impact business transaction.
