Job summary

Orchard is seeking an experienced General Counsel to join our small, productive Legal & Regulatory team in the United States. You will report to the General Counsel and have growth opportunities while shaping commercial and regulatory strategy.

Responsibilities include structuring contracts, partnerships, and joint ventures, and engaging with regulators while coordinating with outside counsel. Ideal candidates have 7–12 years of relevant experience and are business-minded.
