Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Kansas bar or eligible for admission under Rule 721.
• 7–10 years of law firm or in-house experience in international business/defense contracts with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on ethics & compliance topics including Business Conduct Guidelines and sanctions.
• Lead the Ethics & Compliance Steering Committee with Textron Aviation Senior Leadership.
• Supervise two Compliance specialists and oversee investigations.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage the annual compliance plan and training programs.
