The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of law firm or in-house experience, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition, land use, entitlement, zoning, and development. The attorney will review and draft contracts, title and land development documents, and other related documents. This position includes a highly competitive base salary and annual bonus, as well as generous benefits. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
