Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Real Estate Attorney in Tampa, FL, with at least six years of experience in real estate transactions, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of undeveloped land. The attorney will represent homebuilders, community developers, and other real estate clients in residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects.

This position can be based in any of the firm's Florida offices, offering opportunities across Florida while focusing on complex development

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in real estate law.
• Experience with undeveloped land transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with the development lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate transactions and development projects.
• Advise on land acquisition, financing, and project development.
• Handle legal aspects of residential, multifamily, and commercial developments.
