  • Advise on land use, development, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with developers, real estate agents, appraisers, and mortgage brokers to facilitate transactions.
  • Provide corporate support including forming entities, joint ventures, partnership agreements and similar commercial agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
  • Provide guidance on tax implications and financial considerations related to real estate transactions.
  • Resolve title issues, claims, and disputes.

Summary:
