Job summary

Delek US in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced attorney to provide a full range of legal advice and services as counsel to a business unit or as a corporate-level subject matter expert in disciplines such as employment law, intellectual property, or litigation.

The role requires extensive in-house or law-firm experience, a JD, active State Bar certification, and strong capabilities in negotiation, regulatory compliance, contracts, governance, and leadership to drive integrity and strategic

Education and Experience

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Doctorate Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Four (4) or more years Management experience (Required)
• Six (6) or more years Litigation experience and progressive management experience (Required)
• Ten (10) or more years In‑house or law firm experience (Required)
• Required Certifications/Licensures: (Current State Bar certification)
