Delek US Holdings is seeking an experienced attorney to provide broad legal counsel across the business. This role may serve as counsel to a business unit or as a corporate SME in areas such as employment law, intellectual property, or litigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of legal advice and services as an attorney.
• Serve as counsel to a business unit or corporate-level SME in a legal discipline (employment law, IP, or litigation).
• Collaborate with General Counsel and colleagues in Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance and other functions to support business objectives.
• Monitor and coordinate compliance activities across the enterprise.
• Engage with the Board to report and develop compliance-related programs.

JOB SUMMARY

Provides a full range of legal advice and services as an attorney. May serve as counsel to a business unit or as a corporate-level subject matter expert in a particular legal discipline (e.g., employment law, intellectual property, or litigation).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Doctorate Degree (Required)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Four (4) or more years Management experience (Required)
• Six (6) or more years Litigation experience and progressive management experience (Required)
• Ten (10) or more years In-house or law firm experience (Required)
