AES is seeking an attorney with significant environmental and real estate experience for its U.S. Utilities Businesses in Indiana and Ohio, supporting other Generation businesses. The role reports to the U.S. Utilities General Counsel, providing legal counsel on environmental compliance, real estate transactions, and related matters, managing environmental litigation and administrative proceedings. The position involves overseeing internal legal efforts, managing outside counsel, and advising business units. Industry experience is preferred. The office location is in Indianapolis, IN, or Dayton, OH.
