We are hiring for both Associate General Adjuster and General Adjuster positions (depending on experience) in the Northeastern Region.

General Adjuster: $106,800 - 160,200

The successful General Adjuster will plan, recommend, reserve, and execute the investigation, valuation, disposition, and settlement of large Commercial Insurance property claims. They will work to achieve fair, equitable, and timely claim dispositions, properly assess indemnity and expense exposure, and report to a Property Major Case Manager. The role involves mentoring team members and sharing expertise.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a full file Claim Adjuster for complex property losses exceeding $300,000
• Strong knowledge of commercial claims and insurance coverage interpretation
• College degree or equivalent experience
• High performance and achievement over career
• Cost estimation skills, preferably using Xactimate
• Knowledge of regional jurisdictional issues
• Disciplined time management and organizational skills
• Availability for nationwide catastrophe operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)

Associate General Adjuster: $84,400 - 126,600

The successful Associate General Adjuster will handle the investigation, valuation, disposition, and settlement of large commercial property claims, reporting to a Property Major Case Manager, and developing claim handling expertise within a team environment.

• 3+ years' experience managing moderately severe property claims
• Strong knowledge of commercial claims and insurance coverage
• College degree or equivalent experience
• High performance and achievement over career
• Cost estimation skills, preferably using Xactimate
• Knowledge of regional jurisdictional issues
• Organizational skills and self-reliance
• Availability for nationwide catastrophe operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)

Compensation:

The annualized base pay ranges from $84,400 to $160,200, depending on experience and role level. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and recognition rewards.
