The Department of Business Administration is a large and diverse unit, which includes graduate and undergraduate programs across seven academic areas (i.e., Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, International Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Information Systems, and Supply Chain). SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an active and productive program of research

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates for assistant professor should expect to have completed their doctoral degree by June 1, 2027

SALARY AND APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

This is a 9-month, 100%-time academic tenure‑track position with the opportunity for summer appointment. The expected start date is August 16, 2027 or January 1, 2028.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $200,000-$220,000 at the Assistant Professor level or $210,000-$240,000 at the Associate Professor level, and $230,000-$280,000 at the Professor level The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including equivalent years in rank, training, and field or discipline; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.

This position is eligible for visa sponsorship except for sponsorship of a new H1B petition that would incur the $100,000 fee.
