We are seeking a seasoned educator and thought leader who combines a strong academic foundation with a passion for shaping practice-oriented insights for today's business leaders. This is not a traditional operations management role. We are looking for someone who brings a systems thinking perspective to operations that emphasizes helping leaders understand how operational choices create second- and third-order effects across interconnected value chains and organizations. We are particularly interested in candidates exploring technology's evolving role in operations ranging from business analytics and automation to AI-enabled decision‑making, including how large language models and domain‑specific AI shape operational resilience and performance. While this position emphasizes practical impact and executive education, we remain an AACSB‑accredited institution with high standards for research productivity. Candidates must have a distinguished record of publishing in peer‑reviewed academic journals as well as demonstrated excellence in teaching. However, this role is ideal for a scholar who has excelled in traditional academic research and MBA teaching and is now seeking to broaden their focus toward executive education, applied research, and practitioner‑oriented thought leadership.
We especially welcome candidates who:
