Energy Transfer’s Operations FP&A team seeks an Associate Financial Analyst or Financial Analyst to support planning, forecasting, close, accruals, reporting, and special projects across Operations. This role offers broad exposure to operating expense and maintenance capital and early ownership in a finance career with systems-heavy responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related analytical field.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and communicate risks or roadblocks early.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to non-finance partners.
• Initiative, curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to investigate issues and drive work to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Support operating expense and Maintenance Capital forecasting and analyze actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior expectations.
• Own preparation and coordination of the monthly management reporting book, including data validation, variance analysis, commentary coordination, quality review, and distribution.
• Partner with ROW, Ad Val, Finance, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders to identify financial trends, understand cost drivers, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Communicate emerging risks, roadblocks, and potential impacts to deliverable dates in a timely manner.
