The City of Winston-Salem is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Assistant to support Master and Senior Technicians in routine maintenance and repair tasks. This role involves hands-on work, including tire service and basic diagnostics, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Desirable Qualifications: High school diploma/GED, six months work experience, some formal training.

And maneuver up to 1 mile; must be able to crawl, climb, operate medium equipment and work with large and small objects; must possess good communications skills and functionally normal hearing. This position will work both indoors and outdoors and may be exposed to cold, heat, changing weather, adverse smells and sights, loud sounds and long periods of standing.
