Job summary

My Secure Advantage (MSA) in Roseville, CA, is hiring an Associate Financial Wellness Specialist to deliver engaging financial wellness presentations both virtually and in-person. You will move audiences from curiosity to commitment by scheduling coaching sessions and guiding them through assessments.

This is a growth-track role with mentorship and a clear path to becoming a Financial Wellness Specialist. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, regional travel, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience presenting, training, or facilitating groups (virtual and in-person).
• Strong foundational knowledge of personal finance, retirement, or investments.
• Comfort with virtual platforms (Zoom, WebEx, GoToWebinar).
• Based in or willing to relocate to the greater Sacramento/Roseville area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic financial wellness presentations (virtual and in-person) on budgeting, retirement planning, and investments.
• Engage audiences through storytelling and interactive activities to drive next steps.
• Represent MSA at client events and build trust with sponsors.
• Track conversion metrics and feedback to improve the approach.
• Collaborate with the Education team to evolve content based on field insights.
• Stay current on financial wellness trends and share insights with the team.
