Job summary

GemHarvest Executive Recruiting is seeking an Associate Financial Planner for its Stamford office, joining a premier wealth management team serving HNW/UHNW clients. The role emphasizes estate, tax, investment planning and multigenerational wealth solutions, with a strong attention to detail and polished client communication.

You'll support lead advisors, coordinate with external professionals, and assist with planning analyses and meeting preparations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in RIA, planning, private client, trust/estate, or tax-oriented wealth management.
• CFP or CFP-track preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and polished communication.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with lead advisors to support HNW/UHNW client relationships.
• Assist with estate planning, tax modeling, client meeting preparation, planning analysis, and follow-up items.
• Coordinate with accountants, estate attorneys, and other outside advisors.
