GemHarvest Executive Recruiting is partnering with a female-led, established wealth management firm to hire a Financial Advisor. The role focuses on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive planning and a highly personal client experience.

You will receive direct mentorship from the founder and lead advisory efforts alongside senior professionals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, lead review meetings, present financial plans, and grow client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFP or actively pursuing CFP.
• Series 7/66 or Series 65 licenses required.
• 4+ years of client-facing financial advisory experience.
• Strong meeting leadership and ability to develop new client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact.
• Lead review meetings, present financial plans, and manage follow-through.
• Grow client relationships through referrals and networking.
• Support firm growth through centers of influence and relationship development.
