Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking an Associate Financial Planner in Colorado to support Financial Planners by preparing analyses, materials and client communications. You will help assess client needs and identify opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/finance (or equivalent), 1–3 years in financial services, and FINRA Series 65. Base salary ranges with bonus potential are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
• FINRA Series 65 required.
• Experience in financial services broker/dealer or RIA preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Planners in client happiness while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings and reviews.
• Identify evolving client needs and uncover new planning opportunities.
• Provide reports on distributions, performance, insurance, and taxes.
• Maintain relationships and stay informed about industry trends.
