You will prepare for client meetings, maintain client data in planning software, assist with account activity, and help improve processes while working independently with mentoring from senior planners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client meetings by gathering data, creating agendas, and producing reports and planning materials.
• Maintain accurate client data within financial planning software.
• Assist in developing and updating financial planning strategies with the advisory team.
• Monitor client accounts and coordinate with external professionals to support client objectives.
• Support transaction processing, account openings/transfers, and ongoing servicing.
